FullWell Women's Prenatal is where it all began and remains our flagship product. Born out of a need I saw in my practice for a better formula with superior quality control and transparency, our prenatal multivitamin is so much more than your average option.

Did you know that while most women will choose to take a prenatal multivitamin during pregnancy, 95% are still not meeting their nutrient needs? FullWell Prenatal multivitamin is designed to give you optimal amounts and forms of nutrients to optimally support you and baby. It's packaged into an easy-to-tolerate formula that is thoroughly tested for contaminants and consistent dosing (e.g., each serving will give you what is listed on the supplement facts panel, which surprisingly, is not a given!). You'll find familiar nutrients such as folate and vitamin B12 and minerals your body can easily utilize. Plus, we didn't skimp on crucial pregnancy nutrients that some other prenatal vitamins miss, like choline, calcium, and magnesium. Ensuring these essential nutrients were all included in evidence-based doses is a big reason why our serving size is what it is. We want to see all women optimally nourished during such a critical stage of life.

This is more than just a multivitamin – it's your partner in creating the best possible beginning for your journey into motherhood. Fuel your fertility, embrace the science, and step confidently towards the future with our Women's Prenatal Multivitamin.

Extra Mile Nutrients

We don’t hold back on what truly matters which is why we’ve included crucial pregnancy nutrients that other prenatals tend to overlook. Choline, calcium, and magnesium ensure your body has everything to support you and your growing baby. These hefty ingredients are also the reason behind our 8-capsule serving. They're BIG but necessary for healthy fertility, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, but difficult to get enough through diet alone.

Iron -the "Goldilocks nutrient"

Did you know that when iron is combined with certain nutrients, such as calcium, it can negatively impact it's absorption? Iron is a tricky nutrient becuase it can be difficult to tolerate and absorb. You may have taken it in the past and are nodding right along with me on "difficult to tolerate"! It also is one you might call a "Goldilocks nutrient" because you want just the right amount-not too much, not too little. This is why we have a separate product devoted to addressing your iron needs - FullWell's Iron Bump. We recommend keeping an eye on your iron levels with the help of your healthcare provider. They'll guide you on the right amount to take. Need a specialist? Check out our Directory to connect with one.

4,000 IU Vitamin D

A large, randomized clinical control study found that 4,000 IU of vitamin D a day was the minimum amount of vitamin D needed for women and their baby's to have sufficient levels at birth* This is regardless of race or research participants lived. Our formula provides this research-backed dose to support you and your baby.

More Choline than Leading Brands

Choline might be the unsung hero of fertility, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Our prenatal delivers a substantial 300mg, more than most other brands, ensuring you get what you need to support healthy neural tube development in the first few weeks of pregnancy.*

Women's Prenatal FAQs

Why do the amounts of some of the nutrients in your Women's Prenatal exceed the percent daily value?

Our nutrient levels are carefully calibrated based on the best available evidence, safety, and the body's ability to absorb them. It's important to note that the percent daily values we set may not align with typical recommendations for pregnant women, either because a reliable level hasn't been established or because it's based on outdated RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) or Adequate Intakes (AIs) nutrient recommendations. Additionally, optimal digestive functioning is required for many nutrients to be absorbed well, and the amount that a healthy individual can absorb may be limited by normal factors affecting digestive health. For example, only around 10 mcg of a 500 mcg oral vitamin B-12 supplement is absorbed by healthy people. Rest assured that our nutrient levels have been deemed safe, even if they exceed the RDA.

Why doesn't your Women's Prenatal contain DHA?

We believe the stability of DHA is compromised when mixed into a multivitamin, that’s why we created our own! In it, you’ll find optimal levels of both DHA and EPA (the way nature intended it!) because research shows that there is a substantial benefit for both mom and baby. We recommend starting our foundational  Prenatal and Women’s Fish Oil together at least 3-6 months before trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatments, or freezing eggs to ensure you receive the proper nutrients.

Does your Women's Prenatal contain Active B Vitamins?

Yes! Our prenatal includes carefully selected forms of B vitamins that are highly bioavailable and well-tolerated.

Why is the serving size 8 capsules?

We use more choline, magnesium, and calcium than most prenatals. These three critical nutrients are BIG but necessary for healthy fertility, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, but challenging to get enough through diet alone.
