I’m a healer who believes in birth: my skills span 3 decades and over 400 families supported. I love to work as a uterine and pelvic health PT specialist as well as providing support to families as a birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator.

In my office people feel seen and heard as well as physically supported. My space is warm and welcoming…and far different from a typical treatment room. We are an oasis in the center of town. A place of healing, recovery, profound learning and support.

I love being the owner, and a part of a wellness collective that makes pregnant people, those trying to conceive, and peri/menopausal people their priority. To give my clients a sense of autonomy and agency in their care and to educate and empower. This is my way to offer healing and support.
